Yin-licious and Yummy Hips
Limited Capacity full
Adding this to your schedule will put you on the waitlist.

Yoga asana never tasted so good...In this more advanced series of yin poses, particularly hip openers, we will go even deeper into the mind and body, by exploring and feeling our way into our physical and mental edges, at the same time challenging ourselves to stay focused and present in the moment, within stillness and breath concentration. Opening up the body, letting go of old tension and stress, opening up the mind, creating more space between the thoughts...FEELING our way into a more calm way of being, and reconnecting to our inner truth, by quieting down any unsettled energy within the mind and body. The end result- Total Bliss. Challenging...yet, oh so yummy!

The Art of Stillness- Yin Yoga
Limited Capacity full
Adding this to your schedule will put you on the waitlist.

In this class, we will explore the quiet self reflective practice of the yin postures. By cultivating yin energy, we create balance on the path of self-transformation by letting go, and surrendering to whatever is holding us back...enhancing self-awareness, through the stillness of body and mind. Focusing on long-held, mostly seated postures, combined with one pointed concentration and focus on the breath, this practice will encourage us to dive deep into the body, via the connective tissue, and even deeper into the mind, through mindfulness, with an attitude of compassionate acceptance and surrender, awakening the more yin aspects of ourselves. Waking up to more presence in the mind, and awareness of the body, while deepening our connection to source through the breath. Through the art of stillness we are reminded of who and what we truly are, while letting go of what we are not.

Wind down the festival, by surrendering into the body, letting go of all the mind stuff, and taking it all Yin.
