Training your body to be resilient for what life, outdoor activities, or sport throws at it can seem overwhelming when trying to reach peak performance. The EXOS training system is simple and comprehensive addressing the bodies needs for mobility, stability, strength, and power. If you have a yogi background then your more than half way there so come experience a few upgrades to your training that are sure to leave no stone unturned when preparing your body for the adventures of life. This session will focus on mobility, core strength, and power with an educational focus while picking up some new moves professional athletes use to prevent injury and improve performance.
