Surrender to the movement of the water and give into your strength. It's the yin and the yang. You can't control mother nature, you can't control the water but you CAN control the mind and can control your body's movement. Learn to flow on an unstable surface successfully and powerfully. Allow the water flow beneath as you float above. Bring your strong practice to the water but know the rules will change when you step onto your board. You will be guided through a vigorous power flow with easy to understand instruction. Your body will be challenged with strengthening poses but you will leave feeling at ease as class concludes with a long, well deserved savasana while the water gently rocks your board side to side.

** Please arrive at the Harbor Meeting Point no later than 15 minutes prior to the start of your class, located near the entrance to Turtle Bay beside the valet. The shuttle will drive you to Kawela Bay Beach Park and pick you up at the end of class. Please bring a towel, sunscreen, and water. You can wear a bathing suit or water wicking clothes for this activity. **
Class time devoted to lecture: Less than 5 minutes
