As you float upon the ocean waters, allow the gentle movement to guide you more deeply inwards. Give into the soft lullaby of the tide flowing up and off the sandy shoreline. Melt into yourself as you're gently rocked back and forth on the crystal clear water. And all the while you will be taken through a slow restorative flow allowing you to settle into each posture peacefully, creating a beautiful energy shift throughout your body and mind.

** Please arrive at the Harbor Meeting Point no later than 15 minutes prior to the start of your class, located near the entrance to Turtle Bay beside the valet. The shuttle will drive you to Kawela Bay Beach Park and pick you up at the end of class. Please bring a towel, sunscreen, and water. You can wear a bathing suit or water wicking clothes for this activity. **
Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
Branded Style: YOGAqua
