If you are curios about taking your yoga practice off the mat and onto the water, there's no time like the present or place like this class to go to the next level - sea level! We'll cover all the basics of SUP Yoga before heading out onto the floating studio so you'll be set up for success on the board before heading onto the water. Then we'll begin with a 5 minute or less seated meditation and gradually work our way into a few fundamental standing poses and enjoy a slowly wind back down onto the board and eventually enjoy the best savasana experience you've likely ever had!


** Please note that class time is inclusive of driving time. It is a 10 minute drive from Turtle Bay Resort to the Harbor. Actual class time is 90 minutes. The Harbor Shuttle is located near the entrance to Turtle Bay beside the valet. The shuttle will drive you to Kawela Bay Beach Park and pick you up at the end of class. Please bring a towel, sunscreen, and water. You can wear a bathing suit or water wicking clothes for this activity.
