Ready to take your practice to the next level? Sea level, that is! Although no previous yoga experience is required for SUP Yoga, there are a few crucial points that can make a big difference in your SUP Yoga experience. We'll spend this class holding a variety of fundamental seated and standing poses while we hone in on these helpful hints for SUP Yoga success:
1) Slow Is Pro
2) Wider Is Better
3) Eyes On The Prize
4) Make A Splash!

** Please note that class time is inclusive of driving time. It is a 10 minute drive from Turtle Bay Resort to the Harbor. Actual class time is 90 minutes. The Harbor Shuttle is located near the entrance to Turtle Bay beside the valet. The shuttle will drive you to Kawela Bay Beach Park and pick you up at the end of class. Please bring a towel, sunscreen, and water. You can wear a bathing suit or water wicking clothes for this activity.
Class time devoted to lecture: Less than 5 minutes
