This Standup Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga class is all about going with the flow! We'll start with a 5 minute meditation connecting to the flows within us and around us: breath, heartbeat, thought, water and wind. The remaining majority of our time together will be spent linking breath to movement in a slow-paced flow of seated and standing postures, so get ready to get movin' on your board! We'll finish off the experience by letting it all go and allowing our breath to flow freely as we float along the ocean's surface in the ultimate surrender savasana.


** Please note that class time is inclusive of driving time. It is a 10 minute drive from Turtle Bay Resort to the Harbor. Actual class time is 90 minutes. The Harbor Shuttle is located near the entrance to Turtle Bay beside the valet. The shuttle will drive you to Kawela Bay Beach Park and pick you up at the end of class. Please bring a towel, sunscreen, and water. You can wear a bathing suit or water wicking clothes for this activity.
