There is no better workout to strengthen your core than yoga on a paddleboard. A guided intermediate flow with attention to your core will help set you up for peak poses and conclude with a well-deserved savasana. You will walk away feeling a sense of accomplishment and ready to rock a beach body.


** Please note that class time is inclusive of driving time. It is a 10 minute drive from Turtle Bay Resort to the Harbor. Actual class time is 90 minutes. The Harbor Shuttle is located near the entrance to Turtle Bay beside the valet. The shuttle will drive you to Kawela Bay Beach Park and pick you up at the end of class. Please bring a towel, sunscreen, and water. You can wear a bathing suit or water wicking clothes for this activity.
Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
