SUP Yoga: Ocean Asana Basics [+$25]

Take your asana to the ocean in this beginner level class. Your body will be guided through the basics of SUP Yoga. Breaking down each pose with detailed instruction, we will share with you how to stack and align the body with your SUP. Come prepared to take each posture step by step and at a slower pace. Following initial set up, class will begin with a ten minute warm up followed by a forty minute sequence. The majority of time will consist of a wide range of poses practiced on a SUP. The final twenty minutes will be dedicated to preparing your body for a rewarding savasana on the water.


** Please note that class time is inclusive of driving time. It is a 10 minute drive from Turtle Bay Resort to the Harbor. Actual class time is 90 minutes. The Harbor Shuttle is located near the entrance to Turtle Bay beside the valet. The shuttle will drive you to Kawela Bay Beach Park and pick you up at the end of class. Please bring a towel, sunscreen, and water. You can wear a bathing suit or water wicking clothes for this activity.
