Stand up paddle yoga/fitness is all the rage and that's because it's super fun & challenging. You take your practice into nature's studio as it targets muscle groups we normally just don't use. In this class we will focus on Core Balance, learning to balance on the paddle boards while doing a vinyasa style flow. It doesn't matter if you're an avid yogi or new, as long as your game for a challenge and ready to have fun. We will also be working directly to engage the bondas, your core stabilization muscle groups. Be ready for anything because you're going to have a super fun time. Let the ocean "Moana" become your studio.

** Please note that class time is inclusive of driving time. It is a 10 minute drive from Turtle Bay Resort to the Harbor. Actual class time is 90 minutes. The Harbor Shuttle is located near the entrance to Turtle Bay beside the valet. The shuttle will drive you to Kawela Bay Beach Park and pick you up at the end of class. Please bring a towel, sunscreen, and water. You can wear a bathing suit or water wicking clothes for this activity.

Be prepared to have fun and get a bit wet. Smiles and laughter are a must.
