A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away, the Yogi embodied. Now, the Yogi has to affirm his/her own embodiment and rescue the self from the clutches of the internal demons. Little does the yogi know that the demonic forces within have grown in strength enormously and are planning a total takeover. The yogi must battle the darkness within in order to live in the light, but comes to learn that the more brightly you burn, the more shadow you cast. Expect vigorous and continuous vinyasa sequencing to a Star Wars playlist, and a passionate call rise to your greatest possibility.
Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
