This deep forward bend and hip opener class is designed around archer pose, Akarna-dhanurasana and into leg behind the head poses. Savyachara, known as left-handed or ambidextrous archer, is one of Arjuna's epithets in the Mahabharata and Bhagavad Gita, and
implies prodigious skill and focused alignment of body, mind and heart. Expand your imagination with some mythic and philosophical narrative as you strengthen your core, glutes, hip flexors and back muscles and open your hamstrings for this potent and fun sequence.
