Limited Capacity filling up

You've always wanted to run but don't know where to start? This class will teach basic running techniques and biomechanics. Start with 5 minutes of gentle dynamic stretching, followed by 15 minutes of running form instruction and drills. Finishing with a 20 minute easy jog along the beautiful Stables Beach trail
