We are so much more wise than we give ourselves credit for.
All the Yogis throughout the ages have said that the answers are within us. Our job is to get our minds quiet enough to be able to hear our inner wisdom. We will move and sweat and dance, clearing agitation and noise from our bodies and minds. Only then can we hear the answers within us. Only then can our deepest jewels be revealed to us.
