Limited Capacity filling up

If you want to improve as a runner, you've got to do more than just run. This class will focus on improving your ability to run fast efficiently. The first 15 minutes will start with various running drills that enforces good running form. Then we will run for 25 minutes along the stunning Kahuku Main trail.

Estimated distance: 3 miles
