Isolations are those fun moves that play tricks on your eyes. It looks as though the hoop is magically floating in the air. Our guidance will make these advanced looking moves, super simple and fun. We will also be learning a few off body moves that can stupefy the senses & amaze!
Come learn the techniques to mystify your friends with these simple, sleight of hand secrets!
Class time devoted to lecture: 21-30 minutes
