Sustained spinning or continuous spinning during flow can add depth and dimension to your personal dance expression.
Being guided by your breathe and utilizing your awareness, insight, and innate intelligence to transport yourself into the state of flow. It's a place of no mind, A silent place you can become aware of the hoops positioning without the use of the eyes.
Become one with your hoop and find stillness amidst the chaos.
In this class we will be gently guiding you through breathing techniques and other modalities to integrate spin into your dance.

This class involves spinning which could lead to dizziness. We will offer guidance to help prevent excessive dizziness.
Class time devoted to lecture: 21-30 minutes
