Deborah, Founder and CEO of LiveaMoment, traveled 9000 mile by car to over 40 states during the last elections cycle and beyond, forging conversations and documenting how we feel as individuals, as a nation, and as a growing global whole.

We will meditate with images from filmmakers around the world who have sculpted "moments of peace" for individuals to find their center while opening to what peace looks like around the globe.
Class time devoted to lecture: 31-45 minutes
