When something unpleasant happens, we often contract. We focus on internal descriptions of what we don't like, what we wish would go away. Whatever we focus on, we giving Creative energy to. True Power can be seen through one's developed capacity to dwell in their own Highest State regardless of circumstances. This capacity to manifest by being that what we wish to see or attract is the work of Alchemy.
