Born and raised in Southern California. At the age of 18, deciding to move to Hawaii to pursue my dreams of being a water woman. Finding a niche with Stand Up Paddling, I turned it into a competitive career. I was quickly sponsored by Everpaddle, and won many racing and paddle board surfing contests. After having my daughter I became Yoga Alliance Certified so I could host Health and Adventure Retreats for my company Mahina Hawaii Adventures. I currently teach many different styles of yoga and stand up paddle board yoga. I have taught many teachers the technique and safety measurements to be certified SUP Yoga teachers. It is my passion to educate people about healthy and clean eating and I have hosted many workshops and classes on health and eating simple unprocessed foods.
