Melody is an established iHeart Radio DJ on the #1 ranked Hawaiian style/reggae station, Island 98.5. Events over the years have allowed her to share the stage with names like Tarrus Riley, Collie Buddz, The Green, Common Kings, Eli-Mac, Stick Figure, Leilani Wolfgramm, and Hirie. She has interviewed Morgan Heritage, Ziggy Marley, Common Kings, Nahko, Tanya Stevens, SOJA, and Inner-Circle on-air. She also worked with J Boog on his music video shoot for "Let's Do It Again" at Sandy Beach.

You could almost say that Melody Jay doesn't just play music—she lives and breathes a lifestyle. This year alone has taken her live sets to Los Angeles night clubs, the Sofitel in Tahiti, and the Turtle Bay Resort. Her newest mixtape, "Surf, Party, Cruise", will be released the winter of 2017. Playing a mix of Hawaiian and island, top 40's, afrobeat, buddah bar, reggae, and lounge, Melody's playlist is a delightful compilation of exotic beats that will keep you intrigued all night. In 2018, you can catch Melody performing live at the Four Seasons Ko Olina, in Japan, and across the United States.

Melody's character isn't simply limited to what she does in the sound booth - she pursues her passion of positively influencing the lives of others by helping children. In Hawaii, she runs a statewide non-profit called YES Hawaii. In 2015 she spent time in Jamaica and volunteered at the Jamaica National Children's Home (JNCH) sharing music, food, love, laughter and Christmas gifts with the children.
